Ben and Noah, I just stopped by to see if you were still writing. I'm really sorry to read that bad guys are trying to mess up your site. I hope you can lock all the doors to keep them out. I think that is really wonderful how you honor Mr. Marino and keep his memory alive. Keep up the good work. I'll try to come by a little more often. You are both great guys!

I was sure the kids would be remembering Mr. Marino on September 11th. Thanks for the update on what's been going on. It's too bad people are willing to hack into perfectly innocent sites to wreak havoc and mayhem. If only they would use that talent for good... think of what they could accomplish.
Glad you haven't given up in frustration over it!

Oh my goodness! I haven't visited your blog in a long time. And here you were not more than 10 minutes away from me.

It looks as though you enjoyed the Creation Museum. They are already planning on expanding it.

I have yet to make it there- silly, something in our own back yard.

Awesome pictures!
My husband and I did not go out to see the fireworks this year. We live in Arizona (the Phoenix area) and it was so HOT that they had "excessive heat warnings" for that day. We decided that it was just too hot to sit outside and watch fireworks. I'm glad you put your pictures up, so I get to see how pretty your fireworks were! I hope you had a fun time! Fireworks are cool!

*** Thank you so much for reading the blog. It has been quite a transition from "school" to summer. My husband and I are just stunned that they have kept it all up this long (over 10 months now) and even weathered the whole "losing of links" thing. They are only allowed 30 minutes on the computer per day and they figured that it would be easier to format all the pictures at one time and update their blog weekly (adding Abi was a bit more challenging than they originally bargained for- the boys take turns writing her entry and getting her perspective on things and, being a total girl, "winking madly" she has her own agenda LOL It usually takes up their 30 minutes and they are having to figure out time management a bit....) This by far has been one of the most amazing learning experiences we have ever had. Your contribution to this whole project is something we could never thank you enough for.

You have to come and see the statue. You would love to run down the big hill too only be careful because sometimes your feet go too fast and you fall down.
