Mom wants to write something.

The end

**** Thank you so much for all the email wondering where Ben and Noah have gone They love it by the way! We decided as a family to let the kids have the summer "off" in terms of structured school and as a result, they keep their journals of what they did over the course of the week and then "update and publish" one time a week on the blog (this is why you will all of the sudden get 15 emails in your inbox at one time from the kids (for those who subscribe). The kids have enjoyed the Summer in general and are outside exploring and goofing around as much as possible. I do hope you all forgive them for not being tied to the computer and updating daily. They are just so tickled to be able to share with you all the interesting things they see and learn during their week- truly, you have no idea how much it means to them. A day does not go by when one of them will say, "We have to get a picture and put it on the blog...." It is strange to think how everyone reading this is shaping their childhood in a way as you share in their discovery. A huge thank you from us to you!

Mom

I have been so busy myself, I hardly missed them until today when I had 20 unread entries on my Bloglines. I look forward to seeing what summer brings for your little guys and gal.

Hi Lady Strathconn! I hope your Summer is fun so far. I am having a great Summer.

        Love Ben

*** Thank you so much for reading the blog. It has been quite a transition from "school" to summer. My husband and I are just stunned that they have kept it all up this long (over 10 months now) and even weathered the whole "losing of links" thing. They are only allowed 30 minutes on the computer per day and they figured that it would be easier to format all the pictures at one time and update their blog weekly (adding Abi was a bit more challenging than they originally bargained for- the boys take turns writing her entry and getting her perspective on things and, being a total girl, "winking madly" she has her own agenda LOL It usually takes up their 30 minutes and they are having to figure out time management a bit....) This by far has been one of the most amazing learning experiences we have ever had. Your contribution to this whole project is something we could never thank you enough for.
