Catching Snowflakes

We are going to trap snowflakes for our friends in Atlanta. You have to put glass slides outside with Super Glue to get them cold. The glass and the glue have to be under 32 degrees. When a snowflake lands on the glass you have to cover it with the freezing cold glue and put another piece of glass over it. It is not cold enough yet. We will check on them tomorrow when the ice storm comes.

The end

That sounds like a really cool trick!

At the school I go to, we have a really big ice cream store up the street. Whenever my mom comes here she goes to the store to buy ice cream, but she never eats any of it. She likes to play with the dry ice they put in the bag so that it stays cold! Have you ever seen or played with any of that stuff? It is very very cool...literally!

I saw dry ice one time. It was really cool. I am still trying to trap the snowflakes. The glass froze to our plate so we had to start over with that. I am just hoping to get some before it gets warm again.
